My God,
My close buddy, Mohamed bin Ali drop me a line in the comment section to remind me of the potential Mount Fuji climb. I have so looking forward to this. So what's the problem that you may say?
Its scheduled to be nearly on the same date as PCC Annual Interstate Ride. Consider this:-
a) Interstate - a ride which starts on Friday at Ipoh and will finish on Sunday at Penang. This year, they will close up Penang bridge for 500 odd cyclist to cross the Penang Bridge and subsequently round Penang Island. Opportunity to meet new friends and explore new routes.
b) Climb Mount Fuji - Pay nominal fee for flight tickets and walla, will be in Japan and able to climb Mount Fuji. Its considered not that challenging a climb (more of trekking) and doable. Opens up new horizon and new things to do this year.
Actually, I should be thankful to MBA as he has worked hard to secure this deal and its such a wonderful deal, but why am I in such a dilemma to decide one way or another.

dude... for me, the choice is obvious. i mean, when else are you going to cycle across the penang bridge? but whatever you choose, make sure you have fun doing it...
ASK UR MATE if you can bring ur Mountain bike , then hire some North Korean porter to carry it up.. :)
I'd hit Miss Mount Fuji!
tryathlete: Hmmm..its begining to be obvious now after looking into my petty cash. Whats the use if I go to Japan and don't have money to spent it there ;-)
Bernard: Are you korean, can u be my potter?
